The Board shall have up to seventy-two (72) hours counting from the time of death to perform the autopsy or to remove any organ, tissue or part of the body that is donated to it or to any donee in particular and shall not be civilly or criminally liable for the use of cadavers, clinical autopsy or removal of organs, tissues or part of a body, unless it has been notified of the revocation of the bequest or donation or of the annulment of the document that authorized the procedure, or that it has acted in conflict with the provisions of the donation document.
