The Executive Director, his/her representatives, administrators, persons in charge o[f] occupying land plots, buildings or structures subject to the provisions of this chapter or the regulations or orders, resolutions or decisions issued thereunder, shall be responsible for enforcing and complying with the provisions of this chapter and its regulations or with the orders, resolutions or decisions of the Executive Director, respectively.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 539, § 10.
