Funds received by the Medical Emergency Corps of Puerto Rico under this chapter shall be deposited in a special account to be known as the 'Special Fund of the Medical Emergency Corps of Puerto Rico'. Said Fund shall be established by the Secretary of the Department of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in favor of the Executive Director, who shall use the same to comply with the objectives of this chapter.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 539, § 13.
