(a) To attain the purposes of this chapter, the Secretary of the Department of Health and the heads of the concerned agencies and instrumentalities, as well as the municipalities are hereby empowered to request, receive, match and administer Commonwealth, federal and municipal funds and receive donations from private and public funds for such purposes.\n(b) The concerned agencies and instrumentalities shall consign in their Operating Expenses Budget for Fiscal Year 2007—2008, the necessary funds for the implementation of this chapter.\nHistory —July 30, 2007, No. 85, §§ 7, 8.
