The Department of Health, in coordination with the personnel in charge of the private establishment, shall be responsible for the training of the human resources who shall administer the defibrillators, who shall be at least three (3) persons. The Department of Health, through regulations, may compel the use of the automated defibrillator in the establishments indicated in this subchapter if the medical urgency or need should so require, as well as increase or reduce the capacity of persons in these establishments to require the use of the defibrillators.
