The Secretary of the Department of Health shall draft and adopt regulations pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act', not later than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the approval of this act for the enforcement thereof, and shall establish penalties for violations of the same.\nHistory —Aug. 1, 2008, No. 141, § 4.
