The Department of Health and the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages of the Department of the Treasury shall be empowered to intervene, sanction and fine any business that does not display said posters in a visibly prominent place; Provided, That the Department of Health shall be empowered to issue an initial notice or warning for noncompliance to the merchant businessperson, granting thirty (30) days for the display thereof. The Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages shall issue a [fifty] dollar ($50) fine daily to any merchant business person who, after the first warning, fails to comply with the mandate of this chapter.\nHistory —June 2, 2008, No. 79, § 5, eff. 90 days after June 2, 2008.
