The revenues proceeding from the fines imposed on merchants or business persons shall be destined to efforts for prevention and orientation on the effects of alcohol consumption on women and the fetus, and shall be in the custody of the Mental Health and Drug Addiction Services Administration. The Mental Health and Drug Addiction Services Administration shall take the measures and shall adopt the regulations needed for faithful compliance with this chapter.\nHistory —June 2, 2008, No. 79, § 6, eff. 90 days after June 2, 2008.
