For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated hereinbelow:\n(a) Government agencies.— Shall mean any department, agency, instrumentality, office and any other entity of the Executive Branch of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including public corporations, their subsidiaries or any government entity that constitutes a juridical person, created by law or which may be created by law in the future.\n(b) Health fairs.— Shall mean an event organized to provide information regarding diseases and health-related services, free of charge, such as outpatient tests, orientation, and counseling about diseases; also, information about products and services related to health in general or with mental, physical, or emotional health, among others.\nHistory —Mar. 18, 2010, No. 29, § 2.
