Health fairs shall be organized with the purpose of providing information about the following:\n(a) Preventive health services for government agency employees, including tests, talks, and orientation.\n(b) Orientation about preventing the spread of disease and virus in the public employees’ workplace.\n(c) The integration of the private sector in the prevention process of diseases and health conditions through products and services related to health in general.\n(d) Any other health issue consistent with the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —Mar. 18, 2010, No. 29, § 4.
