The necessary funding to comply with the purposes set forth in this chapter shall be consigned in the budgets of such government agencies. Public corporations are directed to allocate the necessary funding every year in their budgets in order to comply with the purposes of this chapter.\nFurthermore, matching funds with private, municipal, Commonwealth, and federal contributions is hereby authorized, as well as the establishment of collaboration agreements between government agencies, private businesses, and health service organizations.\nHistory —Mar. 18, 2010, No. 29, § 7.
