The Network shall have rights over the following:\n(a) HIE data ownership, which it may only share in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Government of Puerto Rico and the United States Government.\n(b) Copyrights and patents on information system applications designed for the Network, as well as any work deriving from and any process designed for the HIE.\n(c) The right to access databases resulting from the exchange of data by stakeholders, in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Government of Puerto Rico and the United States Government.\nHistory —Feb. 2, 2012, No. 40, § 5.
