The Municipality of San Sebastián and the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) shall create and keep an inventory of available land and/or properties with the basic infrastructure necessary, in terms of paths, irrigation, and drainage, which could be available for the Center. These public real properties shall include structures and lots 6, 7, and 8, located in the Guatemala Industrial Park in the Municipality of San Sebastián, Industrial Development Company #L-265-1-67. Said property, together with the structure to be developed and the projected income shall be sufficient to guarantee the financing for its development through the Government Development Bank.
