The psychiatrist in charge of treatment, recovery and rehabilitation may, at any time, release any adult admitted voluntarily or involuntarily, after having notified the inter- or multidisciplinary team.The psychiatrist and the inter- or multidisciplinary team of the adult to be released shall explain to him/her, his/her family or legal guardian, his/her release plan and the options for recovery, notifying the court of the findings made in those cases where the court orders an involuntary admission.
