Mental health services for minors shall be requested with one (1) or more of the following purposes:(a) Carry out a process of screening, comprehensive evaluation and disposition.(b) Receive treatment, recovery and rehabilitation modalities.(c) Obtain orientation, education and to be placed in support or transitional services.
