If [it is] determined that a mental health professional has incurred in abuse or negligence, the court shall notify said determination to the corresponding Examining Board or the Board of Examiners.Presentation of an action pursuant to this section is independent from any other civil criminal or administrative action provided in the current legislation and shall not impede the exercise of said actions, rights or remedies.
