Any petition filed before the court, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be subscribed under oath, under penalty of perjury. If there is well-founded motive to believe that the petitioner has offered false information to admit a person in a providing institution, a prosecutor shall be notified immediately, who shall then proceed to investigate the facts to establish if there exists cause of action against the petitioner.
