All hospital institutions that violate any of the dispositions set forth in this chapter shall incur in a misdemeanor, and if convicted, shall be sanctioned with the penalty of a fine that shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation. All medical interns and residents who violate any of the dispositions set forth in this chapter shall be sanctioned with a fine that shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200).
