Every Medical Center shall determine the composition of its Board of Directors, which shall include the participation of a member in representation of the faculty doctors and another in representation of the students in training, as well as a representative of the Department of Health. The members shall have knowledge of ACGME and LCME accreditation procedures. This Board shall adopt regulations to be registered with the Department of State. History —July 27, 2006, No. 136, § 8.
