Those health professionals who participate in the program created in this chapter and agree to provide voluntary services under the terms set forth herein in an elementary or secondary public school for at least eighty (80) hours of voluntary service, which shall be certified and documented by the School Director and, subsequently, by the Secretary of the Department of Health, shall be eligible to avail themselves of the benefits and incentives established by virtue of this chapter.
