The Secretary may accept donations to be used in the prevention, treatment, education, studies and research, or purposes related to cases of Alzheimer’s disease. The monies thus obtained shall be deposited in the Health Fund created by Act No. 26 of November 13, 1975, and shall be used exclusively as provided in this chapter.
