The Register shall be part of the Center for the Coordination of Services to Persons Suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease attached to the Department of Health, created by virtue of §§ 12001—12007 of this title, to develop standards and plan and evaluate the services rendered to persons suffering from Alzheimer’s disease as well as to establish and implement mechanisms to research and study this disease.
