The Secretary of Health shall provide, through regulations, the standards that shall govern the Register so that the procedures related to the research and study of Alzheimer’s disease may be carried out, and shall coordinate with the Medical Sciences campus of the University of Puerto Rico and other medical institutions in Puerto Rico or from abroad that conduct similar studies, the efforts needed to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
