The Secretary of Health may accept donations to be used for the prevention, education, study and research or for other similar purposes related to Alzheimer’s disease. The funds thus obtained shall be covered into the Health Fund created by Act No. 26 of November 13, 1975, and shall be used exclusively according to the provisions of this chapter.
