The Manager of the State Insurance Fund is hereby authorized to invest, from the reserve funds and surpluses in the State Insurance Fund created by §§ 1—42 of Title 11, the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the acquisition or production of safety models and devices for the agricultural and industrial workmen of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
