The lands on which such lodgings are located shall be drained by necessary ditches to carry off rain water and shall be kept absolutely clean and free by the tenants from all residue injurious to health. History —July 26, 1921, No. 86, p. 732, § 2, eff. 90 days after July 26, 1921.
