(a) The bonus shall be paid directly to the agricultural workers on December of each year.(b) Before the impossibility of compiling and of having available on time the necessary information so as to individually compute the amount of the bonus corresponding to each agricultural worker who qualifies, the first bonus to be paid on December 1971, shall be for a sum of twenty dollars ($20) for each worker.To be eligible to receive said first bonus, the agricultural worker shall have worked in agricultural tasks during the second semester of the fiscal year 1970—71 not less than two hundred (200) hours or to have received an income of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) in agricultural tasks during said term.
