(a) The Chairman of the Labor Relations Board is hereby authorized to print, publish and dispose of the informative material in connection with the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board, when in his judgment the knowledge of that information by the general public or by certain sectors of the citizenry promotes the objectives of this subchapter.(b) These publications may be sold at cost of reproduction and the proceeds of the sales shall be covered into the General Fund of the Treasury. These publications shall be delivered gratis to the agencies of the Commonwealth and municipal governments and to the members of the Legislature of Puerto Rico; Provided, That the Chairman of the Labor Relations Board shall, in the case of each publication, determine whether same shall be sold or distributed gratuitously among private persons and entities.(c) The Chairman of the Labor Relations Board is hereby authorized to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations to enforce the provisions of this section.
