Any person who wilfully disobeys, prevents, impedes, or hinders the Board of any of its authorized agents in the performance of their duties in accordance with this subchapter, or who obstructs the holding of any hearing being carried on in accordance with § 66 or 70 of this title, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not to exceed one year, or by both penalties in the discretion of the court.
