The party that is found guilty of the behavior prohibited pursuant to the provisions of §§ 155—155m of this title shall pay the attorney fees and costs of the proceedings as established by a competent court. History —Apr. 22, 1988, No. 17, p. 76, § 12, eff. 60 days after Apr. 22, 1988.
