Should there be a labor organization representing workers in an appropriate collective bargaining unit, duly certified by the national or local Labor Relations Board, the procedure for the administration of drug testing shall be subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement in force on the date of approval of this act. Once the term of the agreement has expired, the provisions of this chapter shall be fully applicable. History —Aug. 8, 1997, No. 59, § 10, eff. 180 days after Aug. 8, 1997.
