The Administration shall periodically reevaluate the capacity or necessity of the workers who are covered by the benefits of this chapter to be employed, trained or retrained, for the purpose of orienting and referring them to other employments, training or educational programs carried out by government agencies or private persons.\nHistory —June 21, 1968, No. 115, p. 253, title I, § 11, eff. 30 days after June 21, 1968.
