The employees of the Right to Employment Administration shall retain all the rights or the status which, on the date of approval of this act, they enjoy pursuant to the personnel classification laws, rules and regulations in effect. Likewise, should they be beneficiaries of any pension or retirement system or any savings and loan fund, they shall retain the rights, privileges, obligations and status regarding these, provided to such effect by any law for the personnel of the Department of Labor and Human Resources.\nHistory —July 21, 1968, No. 115, p. 253, added as § 13 on July 19, 1998, No. 153, § 3.
