Any rule or regulation of an employer which prohibits or limits the employment of married women, and which does not apply to married men is discrimination on account of sex, which is forbidden by this chapter.\nSex as a bona fide job requirement must be justified in terms of specific job requirements and not based on general principles such as the desirability of distributing employment.\nHistory —July 6, 1985, No. 69, p. 236, § 10.
