It shall be a violation of this chapter to include in an advertisement or notice of a job offering, a preference, limitation, specification or discrimination on account of sex, unless sex is a 'bona fide job requirement' as defined in this chapter for the specific job indicated.\nPlacing a notice in columns classified by the editors according to sex, such as 'men' or 'women' shall be deemed as a statement of preference, limitation, specification, or discrimination on account of sex.\nHistory —July 6, 1985, No. 69, p. 236, § 11.
