Genetic information includes any information obtained from persons or their family members through genetic medical tests or genetic services, the manifestation of an illness or health disorder in any of the family members of a person, as well as the genetic information obtained as a result of a request for genetic services or having received such services, or obtained by participating in a clinical research study which includes genetic services for a person or their family members.
