The Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the subdivisions or agencies of said branches, as well as the instrumentalities, public or quasi-public corporations, and municipal governments shall put into effect those regulations, or amend the existing ones in order to comply with the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —July 27, 1996, No. 81, § 4.
