Every natural or artificial person who violates the provisions of this chapter in connection with the payment of the income supplement herein guaranteed shall be subject to the total payment of the indebted sums, and further, to the payment of an additional sum equal to the unpaid amount.\nHistory —June 29, 1969, No. 141, p. 462, § 5, eff.
