Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions of this chapter or its regulations concerning the payment of the guaranteed subsidized wage shall reimburse the amount of money received in excess of the amount that corresponded to him through regulations.\nHistory —Aug. 5, 1989, No. 46, p. 157, § 5, retroactive to July 1, 1989.
