Any eligible farmer who violates the provision of this chapter or the regulations promulgated hereunder shall incur a misdemeanor punishable with a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).\nHistory —Aug. 5, 1989, No. 46, p. 157, § 10, retroactive to July 1, 1989.
