The Secretary is hereby authorized to cover any deficit in the appropriations provided to comply with the provisions of this chapter with funds appropriated to enforce Act June 29, 1969, No. 142 and §§ 510—510k of this title. Likewise, there is hereby authorized the transfer of funds between this chapter and Act June 29, 1969, No. 142 and §§ 510—510k of this title, and vice versa, including any deficit arising as a result of administrative expenses.\nHistory —May 30, 1976, No. 92, p. 271, § 7.
