The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Human Resources is hereby authorized to impose administrative fines, pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico', as amended, on those persons who persist in representing themselves as experts in this field without first having submitted themselves to the certification procedure or obtaining the pertinent license duly issued by the Secretary.\nHistory —Aug. 4, 1997, No. 55, § 3, eff. 60 days after Aug. 4, 1997.
