A special fund entitled 'Urban Centers Rehabilitation Fund,' henceforth 'the Fund' is hereby created in the books of the Department of the Treasury to be administered by the Director pursuant to the instructions of the Secretary.The Fund shall be nourished with:(a) Legislative appropriations.(b) Any money donated, transferred or otherwise ceded by any natural or juridical person.(c) Appropriations from agencies or municipalities of Puerto Rico, or agencies or entities of the federal government.
