Those private entities interested in bidding or submitting proposals under the procedures for application for qualifications or application for proposals to be issued by the Corporation must meet the requirements established in the application for qualifications or application for proposals issued by the Corporation, which must meet the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted by the Corporation for such purposes.
