Summons and demands issued by the Finance Director or by any employee of the Municipal Finance Division designated by him/her under the provisions of §§ 651–652y of this title to appear, testify or produce books, papers or evidences shall be complied with pursuant to the provisions of §§ 3171–3173 of Title 32.
