The sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is hereby appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which sum shall be placed at the disposal of the Governor to compensate those municipalities whose receipts have been adversely affected by reason of the expropriation and/or acquisition of taxable lands and properties by the Federal and Commonwealth Governments or their dependencies, corporations, agencies, or instrumentalities.
