Upon presentation, the certification in the Property Register must be accompanied by the following documents:(a) A certified copy of the municipal ordinance authorizing the mayor or his/her representative to accept the acquisition of the patrimonial property described in the certification.(b) The original and a copy of the Presentation Minutes required by 30 R.P.R. §§ 1001 et seq., General Regulations for Executing the Mortgage and Property Register Act.
