The acquiring municipalities shall be responsible for taking the following actions according to the laws in effect:(a) Grant building certificates for those structures that do not appear in the Register and file them with the Property Register to be registered as municipal properties.(b) Group together or segregate the tracts of land, if necessary.(c) Determine the value of the structures through assessments conducted by the Municipal Revenue Collection Center.(d) Request from the Municipal Revenue Collection Center the official property record number corresponding to each facility.
