In order to make this chapter feasible it is hereby ordered that a Transition Committee be designated. Said Transition Committee must include representatives from the Department, the Secretary, the mayor and the municipal legislature of the corresponding municipality. The representation of the Secretary and the mayor must cover areas such as public policy, legal counseling, real estate, budget and physical infrastructure. The representation of the municipal legislature must include the presidency and the commission in charge of real estate, public works and property acquisition. History —Aug. 17, 2001, No. 120, § 19.
