Only those municipalities that have accepted and acquired right of ownership of the community recreational and sports installations according to the procedure provided by §§ 814–834 of this title, known as the 'Municipalization of Community Recreational and Sports Facilities Act', shall be eligible for receiving the corresponding stadium.However, in case this has not yet happened, both transfers (of the community facilities and of the stadium) may be conducted simultaneously.
